Human Rights Policy
[PDF, 796.5 KB]

As part of this, we respect and support internationally recognized human rights wherever we do business.

Our commitment is based on the International Bill of Human Rights, the UN Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact, the ILO Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work and Its Follow-up, the OECD Guidelines for Multinational Enterprises on Responsible Business Conduct, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Business Conduct.

We respect human rights and the rule of law in all countries in which we do business.

We systematically investigate all cases involving suspicions or reports of possible violations of the law or human rights, both in our own company and operations or anywhere along our value chain. Violations are sanctioned as appropriate and wherever possible remedied or rectified. All such reports are treated in the strictest confidence. Whistleblowers may not be disciplined, threatened or otherwise penalized for making such a report in good faith. We also work closely with our business partners to investigate any suspicions or allegations.
