Corporate Social Responsibility

In line with the Group's Global Care programme, which marks the Group's commitment to its values and social responsibility, Knorr-Bremse Systèmes Ferroviaires France is setting up a Local Care programme.
Like the Group, but on a local level, this programme supports and accompanies associative or societal projects in the fields of health, environment, education and social cohesion.
This programme allows the company's employees to be involved in supporting charitable structures or organizations with both material and human needs.

Examples of Actions Implemented by the Company to this Day:

  • Health: participation in the "Run in Reims" and "Foulées aquatintiennes" sports races, with part of the funds collected being donated to charities.
  • Environment: a local service provider to deliver baskets of seasonal organic fruit and vegetables was set up for employees
  • Education: reconfigured PCs donated to NGOs
  • Social cohesion: support for the association "Les Bouchons d'amour" and collection of plastic caps that will be recycled for the purchase of equipment for people with disabilities (wheelchairs)
