For what purposes and on what legal basis will your personal data be processed?
We will use your contact data solely to process your book order.
In order to ensure a smooth and fast shipment of the book order, our courier needs your contact information including phone number.
The processing is necessary for the performance of a contract or in order to take steps prior to entering into a contract in accordance with Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR.
Who are the recipients of your data?
We may pass on your data to affiliated companies if this is necessary to process your enquiry. You can find an overview of our affiliated companies here.
In addition, we are supported by affiliated companies and external service providers (data processors) in the operation and maintenance of our website.
Beyond that, we do not share your personal data with third parties or transfer your data to countries outside the European Union.
When will your personal data be deleted?
We delete your data, in compliance with legal retention periods, as soon as they are no longer required for the respective purpose. In this case your data will be retained for tax purposes for seven years and deleted afterwards.
