In each case, our highly trained staff evaluates the relevant train components and determines, on a customer-by-customer basis, which ones need to be replaced or refurbished, or whether it is sufficient to repair or overhaul a component. To optimize cost efficiency, each service center can draw on a dense network of qualified, approved suppliers.

Mechanical services – main areas of activity
Workshops for power packs and drive units
Engine repair technicians must know their engines inside and out. For this reason, our workshops are staffed primarily by highly trained employees who regularly update their technical expertise. Among other things, we offer the overhaul and repair of diesel engines and traction motors, generators and hydrostatic components. The majority of the required special equipment is already available on site, as well as a comprehensive test bench infrastructure for the evaluation and approval of the repaired or overhauled power packs and motors.
Bogies, wheelsets, wheel bearings and gears
Such components belong to the most common wear parts of a train and must therefore be serviced regularly. Our Component Services business in Denmark has a comprehensive machine park for the repair and overhaul of bogies, wheelsets and gears carried by our qualified specialists. Hydraulic presses, heat ovens and wheel turning benches enable rapid repair of rail vehicle components.
Coupling systems
We offer a comprehensive service for various types of coupling systems, and our service teams are experienced in repairing and overhauling products from all major coupler manufacturers. Experienced engineers first determine the necessary scope of the overhaul. This gives our customers even more flexibility and assurance that their rail vehicles will be optimally maintained. Optionally, our development department can also reverse engineer spare parts if needed.
