Repairing and overhauling electrical components for various systems

Electrical systems are based on complex computer technologies and specialized control systems. Train computer and control system services play an important role in maintaining the performance and reliability of these safety-critical systems.

Maintenance and servicing are crucial to ensuring that train computers and control systems function properly. This includes checking the functionality of circuit boards, replacing defect components, managing product software, and eliminating faults. Our experience covers a wide range of systems, including train control systems and infrastructure signaling systems.

Testing electrical components

We test electrical components on our existing test equipment, but also have the skills necessary to build new test equipment to meet specific customer needs or rail vehicle system requirements. Our experience means we can design and build highly customized test setups for supporting and maintaining reliable, high-quality systems and improving train availability.

Power converters, inverters, and switches

Power converters, inverters, and switches play an important role in enabling trains to operate safely and efficiently. They are used to convert electrical energy for traction systems and auxiliary equipment. To ensure that these key electrical components continue to work effectively, regular inspections and servicing are essential, during which worn parts are repaired or replaced as necessary. To determine the extent of the overhaul required, our experienced engineers can perform a comprehensive analysis of the products involved. Optionally, our engineering department can support with obsolescence and in some cases reverse engineering.

Manufacture of cables and cable harnesses

Cable harnesses play an important role in connecting various electrical and electronic components to the train. Since cables are also subject to wear, cable trays must be replaced from time to time or modified based on customer requirements. Our Component Services division offers a variety of solutions, which are implemented by specialized engineers in our Service Center, depending on the customer's requirements.
