In Brazil since 1977, Knorr-Bremse Rail Division arrived in São Paulo where has consolidated as the largest company in the segment of the country.
In 2013, in reason to follow the development of urban mobility in Latin America, a new site has been inaugurated in a total area of 153.000 m². Located in Itupeva, the new plant presents a modern structure, eco-friendly and joined the rail and commercial divisions under the same roof. Responsible for the local as all Latin America market, the unit offers technology and technical support in order to contribute to the development and safety of rail transport.
